Cancellation Policy

We Kindly Ask That Any Changes Or Cancellations Are Made More Than 24 Hours Prior To Your Scheduled Appointment.

Christina Garcia Salon requires a credit card number to reserve your appointment. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice. If any cancellation is not made with more than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount. Because we are known for our Luxury services our stylists demand of time is limited based on the amount of time required for your scheduled services. So that we may proficiently serve our guests, we require advanced notice for any changes to your upcoming appointment that may allow us less or more required time. We are now offering complimentary Virtual Consultations to each new guest. This is a great way to discuss expectations and see that an in-person consultation will not be necessary and/or required. Virtual consults can be scheduled on any given Monday from 12:00PM-6:00PM and with limited availability in person at our salon during normal business hours.

Please be on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will automatically be rescheduled (Subject to availability) and will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount.
